I own cintiq 12WX and I wanna say, its not just "worth it (999$USD)" its cheap :) Just coz this item let you to draw easy, without any problems (like with Intous 3 - draw on tablet and look to the monitor omfg!)
Is it easier than drawing on paper? I mean does it adjust itself if something is wrongely done, or something like that.. I don't really know how to explain myself..
If youve ever used a traditional wacom tablet then I would say yes it's easy to use. Is it easier than drawing on paper? well... personally, not quite. I only use it to color. I still draw everything on paper. BUT that's just me. it is pretty easy once you tweak all of your settings and things like that. I'll make a more indepth video soon. Thanks for the comment. hope i answered your question. :S
Well. just to be clear. The Cintiq is JUST a monitor. some people think it's a mini computer that you can take around and draw on. Its not . You have to have it connected to a computer.
But I would advise you to go ahead and get a art/photo editing software of your choice because I think the Corel Painter is a demo. I'll look in my cintiq box later once i get home to let you know whether or not it's the full version. I already had photoshop so I didn't bother with Corel Painter.Hope that helps
that tablet is the one im gonna get^^. im savin up for it. I currently own a intuos3 4x6 but that tablet looks awesome. if you ever watched orange county choppers on cable they have this room that has a cintiq 12UX and boy its big but kinda too big for my tastes. just seeing you draw on that just shows how big that cintiq is. all I need is about 500 and something to get that. have a nice day datboi *thumbs up*
Thanks for the demonstration. How long have you owned the 12wx for? If you could have either the 12 wx or the 21 ux which would you choose? Great work and videos by the way.
no problem. Well, i probably would get the 21ux if i had the money. But im very happy with the 12WX because it's not too big at all. But the screen size is big enough for you to get work done without any problems. I do however think the 21ux would be a lil too big and stationary for me.
Bow chicka wow wow.

Thanks alot! Yea this size is pretty much all you would need since you can pan and stuff very very easily.
Let me know how all that works out.

Just curious, Ive heard some problems with the calibration only having 2 spots? Is that really a problem, or is it easily worked around?
