I gotta say - this was my introduction to the song, and I've listened to the original now, but I prefer your version. A huge part of that being your change of the lyrics from Robyn's "the only way her heart will mend"/"when she learns" to "the only way your"/... that simple change makes the song so much more meaningful to me, and makes it express something few songs do; honest concern and love for the one someone's leaving.
