pues en realidad no le puse nada, no recuerdo que tipo de cuerdas llevaba ahi... creo que unas dean markley... y las pastillas son las que lleva el bajo de fabrica. En cuanto a la equalizacion, pues los medios casi muertos, los bajos casi a la mitad i los graves a 3/4. Lo ke más le saca el sonido Maiden: tocar fuerte con los dedos, tan fuerte como para ke suene el "placa-placa" de fondo, el choque de cuerdas contra el mástil, vamos...

Tienes toda la razon fran, el bajo de maiden no es tan "bajo" si no que lo que suena es que steve toca con mucha fuerza para hacer el clank-clank (la cuerda con el mastil)

If you want a slightly better SH sound get a Bassass II bridge. Also its kinda hard to tell but do you have Basslines on that thing? I just got some for my HWY One and thro a all-tube amp I get a awesome SH sound. (Now if I could just play like him!)

let me say...smith does write part of the songs. like dickinson is a good writer also steve harris. steve harris wrote aces high song. while bruce dickinson wrote powerslave. all band members in iron maiden cooperate as a team to make the songs!...thats what BANDS do. its not bad. I just watched another guy do the same thing. you all make the same huge mistake. you hold back in your right hand because it makes the song sound sloppy to go full bore. Do what Steve Harris does if you want to play Maiden (or Maiden like) use flat wound strings and beat the shit out of the bass. it'll sound much better.

the intro was very good,, but after that when the melodies begins you didnt play that part as stever harris steve uses a lot of his hands and his fingering in that part is not continuisly is just a kind of mixes tempos,, he mixes galllops and tripplets and doblets and he mixes all when he plauys but sound good because he followe a pattern with the drums. ok,, i hope you had understand me because my english grammar isnt too good,,,ok!
