I've seen this happen before and by a cop no less. He asked a rotund / corpulent / [use any euphemism you wish for a fat chick] why she was drinking while she was pregnant, to which she replied in disbelief that she was not pregnant. haha I could see the cop's partner trying hard not to laugh.

Just an experience of this faux pas I've seen before, as I'm sure lots of others have as well.

I had that happen to me once, not long after my husband and I got married. At church. It was when those "big shirts" with the large floral prints were so popular? She said, "so, when are you expecting your little one?" and patted my tummy just like in this video! I said, I'm not pregnant, I'm just fat". Touche. It was *lovely* watching the wide-eyed look of alarm come onto her face, see her hands flutter uselessly and hear her fumble over an apology! Presumptuous, inappropriate twit.
