@bobyard123 he has a gun, u dont seem to have watched the movie correctly or understand any of it. The sniper guy left a gun on the top of the phone booth for him, so technically, and if the police noticed, it would be considered as if he had a gun. Plz dont treat other people as stupid ones, when you didn't even understand the movie. My advice to u is to re-watch the movie(if u ever did watch it) in whatsoever language u would understand(Not english becoz view from ur writing ur really bad...).
