Oh god. The way he explains things is so very confusing. He seems to drag out simple concepts, and yet still not explain them clearly. I'm sorta getting some of it, but at some points in the lecture, he seems to be going nowhere. I'm in PreCalculus, and 13 minutes into the video, I feel like I should already know what he's talking about, but when he talks, I feel like I have not learned what he's talking about yet. :/
This teacher is very clear. It is very easy to criticize .... I am a french mathematic teacher in a professionnal high school. I think the level is not to high but it is only the second lecture so it must be the introduction of his course. I find this person very interresting and for a foreigner like me it s easy to understand his explanations.

repeating many time same things , too young to be profesor; not confident enough to explain things; very boring the way he expalins; listen single variable calculusfrom Prof David Jerison how well the approach the therems and expalins.

@peterlongan Он родился в России, но у него еврейская фамилия. В википедии написано, что он пытался поступить в МГУ, но ему отказали. А поступил в Гарвард...
Some of the previous posts are "the first liar doesn't stand a chance" posts. Next we'll see some bozo posting, "we learn this stuff in the womb."
I've seen a multitude of Europeans and Asians in the United States for Undergraduate and Graduate mathematics training, so the United States is doing something right. True, not in high school and elementary school. There mathematics training is comparatively weak.
But we more than pick up the slack after you enter an accredited college.
nice lecture.. well discussed...

@koko78955 many high schools in America offer Multi Var Calc and even higher mathematics courses. We're not nearly as dumb as you think.

(previously someone asked that the lectures had more in the label than No 2.)
