When the oceans warm up due to global climate change, this adds energy to the weather ssustems and the result is we have a honkin' big high pressure zone sitting squat on Texas. That high pressure bounces any fronts off to the east, causing rain to bypass Texas. The Federal government cannot wage "weather warfare". Get back on your anti-paranoia drugs!

This all started when that began to happen here in North TX near the Oklahoma border....I love Lake OC Fisher! I have a photograph of myself standing on an icy pier in snow at that lake. I have idea for an invention to solve this problem. I wanted to build it for many years now but don't have the money to fund it. It would allow farmers to never worry about droughts again. It would revolutionize farming for the 21st Century. It would even put hundreds of thousands of people to work. It would include states working together though. Does anyone know who I could talk to in getting something in motion. By the way, it would triple our food supply.
The drought is even hitting us in the desert here in Tucson. It has not rained in 76 days and even the cactus are dying! When the cactus start to die off you know your in trouble! Hope you guys get some rain soon!
