Well done. Has anyone here written a screenplay about Napoleon? my production company is seeking a feature film length script about his life. Preferably including his exile into the Isle of St. Helena's for the final 6 years of his life... please let me know what you have. thanks! assistant@oxygenfilms.ca
“The Jesuits are a MILITARY organization, not a religious order. Their chief is a general of an army, not the mere father abbot of a monastery. And the aim of this organization is power – power in its most despotic exercise – absolute power, universal power, power to control the world by the volition of a single man. Jesuitism is the most absolute of despotisms – and at the same time the greatest and most enormous of abuses…”~ Napoleon Bonaparte
@MrsDelle Often both. He had a highly developed sense of humour. A madman once jumped out in front of him and said "I'm in love with the Empress!". The Emperor laughed and said "You should find someone else to confide in!"
napolean was one crazy dictator. I just realised something, if you look at history you can just see the amount of tyranny caused by western political governments but i think the only gracious empire was the Ottoman Empire. During the islamic golden age, people were treated with much better care and respect than any of the christian empires. Unfortunately modern day muslims seem to want us to go back to 14th century rule.
Napoleon and Alexander the teat are my heroes and I absolutely loved this video. My thee favorite lines were the one at the end, also impossible is a word to be kept only in the dictionary of a fool and finally that all religions are made by men .
Napoleon was short but don't test his knowledge or army (for this example) by declaring war on him by yourself! everyone in Europe declared war on him! That's why in fact he lost the country in the battle at Waterloo.
@MrHellcat26 Actually Napoleon was average size. It just he was known as a huge scary man because the Britsih called him a monster. So when people who saw him when he was exiled on both Elba and st. helena saw that he wasnt as big as his ego they called him short.
Vices v virtues:-) Robespierre huh:-)
