Thanks so much for posting this.. those familiar with Carroll Quigley's "Tragedy and Hope", G. Edward Griffin's "Creature from Jekyll Island", and W. Cloen Skousen's "The Naked Capitalist" have more than likely seen this Clinton quiote in print but, thanks to youtube, we finally have the actual footage readily accessible.
