  • Hi STFUBelgium! My guess is that your Mimosa Pudica needs more light. At this time of the year, it's hard for any plant to survive with the sparse sun light from outside, let alone a plant that came up as late as this autumn. A common recommendation is to keep plants in a temp somewhat lower than normal room temp and with florescent light.

I've not been successful in keeping Mimosa P for very long. Some of them have however bloomed beautifully with small tight purple flowers, before they died.

  • Anybody has growing tips for me? I have a mimosa pudica, its 3 months old, and its barly 12cm high. I bought the plant with a lot of leaves on it, but now its almost bald. Yet, the branch is still very green, it means its still alive. I keep the temperature in my room always over 21 degrees, and 75% humidity... Someone help me please? I think the plant is healthy, but not happy... How can i make it happy? Please, someone.

  • This plant is miraculous against cancer, its curative powers and "alucenigeno"

  • @OEN1948

No, I don't believe so. What sources do you have?

  • @OEN1948 I have read that this plant is poisonous, better check with a professional before ingesting any part of this plant.
