i saw a face on the tv screen it cut into my 12:00 lunch hour I swear D: white face wtih dark eye hole like eyes just so dark they looked like holes but no light at all in the sockets if they were sockets .. but a white face not grey. i was watching hte flintstones before that.. then this fine fuzz started to appear. and the face at the same time.. unmoving unexpressing just there but looked alive not dead. totally foreign and I had no clue about aliens at the time i was only 11 or 12.

With 4 or 5 technicians and an engineer they were doing day and nightshifts. Moreover, Hannington supplied other transmitters with picture and sound. Other stations picked up the Hannington Signal and rebroadcasted it. So it's very simple to send the sound over 6 or 7 other stations.

Interesting hoax. I don't see how an interstellar race could know what was going on down on earth all the way up in space, let alone give a transmission in english. I think it was somebody who worked at the Hannington transmitter station. In the 60s, 70s and 80s transmitter stations were a busy place. There was always someone present, 24/7.
With 4 or 5 technicians and an engineer they were doing day and nightshifts. Moreover, Hannington supplied other transmitters with picture and sound. Other stations picked up the Hannington Signal and rebroadcasted it. So it's very simple to send the sound over 6 or 7 other stations.

Our society is so primitive, if this were real, we would ridicule it, instead of investigating it. The first mistake was to believe what the media claimed, that it was a hoax. But this was 1977, when the people followed like sheep whatever was told to them, oops, people still do this today.

Funny how the radio guy said it was a hoax within a minute after it was over, before it was investigated thoroughly. This was to calm down the people. This by itself makes it even ring truer. This probably was a real broadcast from another world or dimension and we were lied to again. We should be using our advanced sound filtering tech. & computers to study this today to see if we can discover the true source of this and see if there was something else embedded in this transmission.

One thing I noticed in the background from the beginning until the transmission was over, was a swirling energetic hum, repeating itself over and over at constant intervals. After he said he was leaving our plane of existence,the humming noise starts to vibrate faster until it's oscillating/resonating at a very high level of vibration.Then the radio broadcast returns to normal. When I listen it rings true from within my being. I think we should have an open mind. I think it was real.

Interesting hoax. I don't see how an interstellar race could know what was going on down on earth all the way up in space, let alone give a transmission in english.
