this is why we should eat traceable meat, i.e that from local farms. The only reason why these birds are produced in this way is because the market demand, (KFC) demands that such a low price is paid for the chicken. The slaughter methods aren't inhumane though. The men filmed kicking the birds are not the average workers. Most farm workers have a great deal of respect for the animals they produce.

I dont care i love chicken! i will continue to eat them. in our area we have chicken farms for tyson! they are not like these, the chicken house is cleaned daily and are kept in a constant temp year around!
