yessir - In my defense, there is actually nothing grammatically objectionable in the phrase "hating on anyone's banner," though I would never write it in a paper. The lovely thing about living languages like English is that they're constantly picking up new idioms, including colloquial constructions like "hating on." Plus, I was being a bit tongue-in-cheek. (The "youth of today" would recognize immediately that I'm not cool enough to employ such phrases.)
You always have to shape your language usage to the audience to whom you plan to communicate. You could always give a tutorial like them there Sistersalad sisters and tell them there commenters "Yo comments are wack!" I am sure there is a English professor somewhere out there right now glowing proud for ReinaDelCid

I think you have some great choices for banners, I'm sure you eventually get bored with the same o' same ol', but I do hope you keep your current banner (at least as a back up) on your channel. I think you have some great choices for banners, I'm sure you eventually get bored with the same o' same ol', but I do hope you keep your current banner (at least as a back up) on your channel. It is simple and says a lot....the whole "eyes are the window to the soul" thing.....not that my opinion means jack diddley in the grand scheme of the YouTube universe. As always it's your talent that really matters....keep up the great work!!

I fully agree with you SenorCrushMan. That "eye" banner for me shows "Thee ReinaDelCid" in many reflective ways.....all are good and inspiring. I hope she does keep it as a backup, perhaps for special occasions.....although, her new videos are always special.....

SenorCrushMan - I wholeheartedly agree with you and rd2ed regarding her "eyes" banner. It would really be strange not to see it anymore. It would be like not seeing Reina with her trademark blue guitar anymore. Both of these things have come to be associated with and be a part of Reina Del Cid.

I think it's kinda funny that you're leaving it up to a vote. Now instead of picking the one you like best, you get to hope we all vote for it! Straight up though, I think the "Cid" in the shape of a blue guitar in the first one is best single element out of all of them, but the rest of the banner reminds me of Naruto.. so...haha. :D

Very well done...I lost my Suspicious Mind, felt All Shook Up, ended up in the Jailhouse Rock, called my Little Sister (she's not a Harded Woman), knew I was in T-R-O-U-B-L-E, I Blamed It On The Bosa Nova, I caught the Mystery Train under a Blue Moon, ended up Crying In The Chapel, after I left Heartbreak Hotel......so now I'm left shouting Viva Las Vegas, where I Got A Woman who makes me a Hunk O' Burnin' Love. I wouldn't have imagined that would be such a suiting cover for you. Made me think that "Unchained Melody" might work as well... maybe someday.
