I won't even comment on everything that's wrong with this video, but for the record: Bush couldn't send in federal help to the states affected by Katrina because their liberal DEMOCRAT mayors and governors wouldn't declare a state of emergency. And if he had defied the law and done so anyway, all the liberals would be barking that he broke the law.
