The watchmaker argument has been addressed again and again. You cannot compare non living, non self replicating objects to living things. Simply because you are reinterpreting scripture to fit the knowledge we already know proves, unfortunately, nothing at all. It would be just as easy to find things that do not tend to fit what we know about the world around us in about any scripture. All of the supernatural claims would be such an example.

Eratosthenes of Cyrene taught the spherical shape of the Earth 600 years before koran was written.
It turns out this 'miraculous knowledge' of the koran was all well-known long before.
