Preston was a beautiful friend to you pepole. Our 2nd Weimaraner we just got 2 weeks ago is now turning 3 months old .His name is ( Krieger Und Jager. ... & he is a wonderful member of our family. But as you guys know they are big ole bed hogs.

Aww, what a shame. My weimaraner passed away when she was 14 due to a stroke, she got paralyzed from the waist down and she was in pain so we had to put her down.

we just lost our wiem MAYA,01/22/10 we finding it hard to sleep and just plain make it throught out the day without breaking down. She changed our life as we see it, the love she gave us is unmatch by humans.. we miss her so much, and watching your video does bring comfort. some people will never understand this breed and what they have to offer... thanks so much

Preston was beautiful, we have a a weim Oscar, he's three and a half and I can't imagine life without him. I agree with everyone who says that they are like humans. They are the most loving animal you could wish to have Oscar even sleeps in bed with us. R.I.P Preston.x x

Yes they are humans.. I love this breed. I wanted one for a long time and we finally were able to afford one. I have 3 boys all with a name that begins with J. So I had to keep up the trend and his name is Jasper. I just love how they like to sleep on their back and how they love to cuddle. Very touching video!

Lovely dog!!! I know how it kinda feels coz i lost my cat and we had had it or 10 years at least!! It was dabetic and it had a fit , just on the day we were taking him to the vets!!! we were looking for him and we eventually found him in a bad state and we called the vet and they came and took him to the vets but he died in the vets arms in the van :( So R.i.P Chester and Preston x

I am so sorry about your loss. I love all dogs but there is something mystical about Weimaraners. They wear their heart on their...paws. Something mysteriously intuitive and human about their expressions, their eyes. Sometimes I feel like I would rather die than have my fella go. I know it is hard - but perhaps knowing others feel for you might help some. And time. And I guess eventually good memories last, along with the sense of always sensing their silent but strong presence.

It made me smile when you strated at one, and got another...every year for the last 3 I had added one and even though they are alot of work, the rewards are worth my entire life changing!
