@XxDakman96xX The movie is Of Mice And Men, in order not to ruin it incase you want to see it i won't release many details, it is about two brothers that work on farms to make money during the depression era. One of the brothers is slow and the other takes care of him. The slow one (lennie) ends up doing something illegal and to save his bro from going to jail his brother shoots him.

There not brothers. They aren't even related. They're two migrant workers who are friends and George is the smart one and Lennie is the slow one. George says Lennie is his cousin when the go to the ranch to get jobs.

This is one of my favorite movies. When we watched it in school, my friends and I didn't know weither to laugh or cry. Though I started laughing while I was crying(my teacher was making jokes to cheer us up).

I love the book and movie. They are both so great. Curly should have been the one that got shot, not Lennie.

George killing Lennie in my opinion was the lesser of two evils if he hadn't have done it Candy, Curley and the others would have killed lennie in a more brutal way, they would probably have lynched him. George killed lennie out of compassion as any true friend would have done by doing that he has forsaken his own morals and beliefs for Lennie.

Basically, the book is about George and Lennie are working for their "American Dream". Throughout the entire book they talk about their own farm and "tending the rabbits", That's what their American Dream consists of. I believe that every school should have to read this book. Because it does open your eyes and your heart about the perfect American Dream.
