  • 0:37 Invisible flying knives.

  • Looking at about the 0:09 mark, according to the comic it appears that Natalie Portman should have been nude for the rooftop scene after she is "released". That certainly would have been interesting.

  • @IronreaverVII Haha i agree.

  • She's so beautiful. Besides Demi moore she's the only other actress I've seen that can pull the bald look off. I think she looks beautiful if not more that way.

  • I preferred the relationship between V and Evey in the novel.

  • @TheFlyleafKid why?, Im just curious. I haven't read it.

  • @Fascist8 what does it feel like to have nothing but fucking air inside your head???!!!

  • excuse me, but where is part 3?

  • sooooo it's kinda like the holocaust cept this time GB is the evil fascist vermin???

  • @cartergirl3of3 so the nazis were a nice fascist vermin?

  • @logstrain obviously NOOOOOO, the Nazis were the evil fascist vermin of their time and GB is the evil fascist vermin of this time is what is meant by this comment.

  • @cartergirl3of3 oh okay bro, and its not very similar to the holocaust but theres systematic torture here and there

  • Wow ! Natalie Portman made greats efforts to speak "british" english !

  • awsuum movie

  • I love it

and its not so far from the reality

  • freedom 33

  • Its in my top 5! Thumbs up for V!

  • can somebod put the movie up please?

  • @aquanette123 stop being cheep and buy the DVD! :P I kid.

  • @jimbo222000 i would if i could find it. but the thing is, i want to see something firs b4 i buy it. thats the problem

  • heh, John Hurt played Winston in 1984, and is now the dictator of some fascist state in the UK...

  • Roger Allam! I met him lovely man

  • Although it is a good, enjoyable movie I know realise, after having read the book, Alan Moore's anger at the film.

Hollywood changed virtually every point and political messge the novel was trying to make.

Just to make it more nicey-nicey and hence more sellable.

  • @YouKnowWhereThisEnds

I'm not sure they really changed the politics, just watered them down. It was still essentially about anarchy, and how people have to take initiative against their leaders. It's the little details that are missing. One of the book's villains, in the film, is turned into a normal bent copper, whereas in the book he's a goon who's hired to run a mob, unnofficially. Things like this happened in Britain in the 17-1800s- something Moore obviously knew about.

  • Such an extrordinary movie.

  • @144fran how is it far left? is the left supposed to be more control? while v fights for anarachy? are you stupid? just wondering?

  • @144fran The conservative parties desire more control so spread fear to increase that control which is similar to what Hitler and his Nazis ended up doing with horrific results they attempt to brain wash you into believing they are fighting an enemy when in reality that is further from the truth If "Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy" James madison said that and it is coming true

  • @trueway82 Excellent comments, sir :)

  • @144fran Also British Parliament does not represent democracy and an undemocratic act is not a bad thing since modern democracies represent the big corporations and feeble minded politicians who spread spin and propaganda and sit in power for 4 years making decisions for the populace not once consulting them in a meaningful way while claiming huge bonuses and wages a true democracy would be real represents who don't get salaried and only remain long enough to state the ppls wishes and then go

  • @144fran Read the current printing of the comic book.

  • my god, owen paterson looks like my dad's friend!!! thats really scary!!!

  • is your dad friends with owen patterson?

  • er...no.

  • k i was just checkin that wasn't the problem

  • lolololololol that made me laugh so much and i don't even know who owen paterson is. random.

  • oh, he's the guy in v for vendetta, can't remember who he plays!

  • No. Hugo Weaving is V most of the time, it's just in some scenes that other guy plays V.

  • @sanctifiedsin True. He did not do the fighting scenes, the rest is him.

  • thank you:)

  • Hugo Weaving n-n

I hardly recognise him in this film though :(

  • lol cuz he just provides the voice. lol who knows whose behind the mask

  • Wasn't it him acting as V as well?

  • no. some other stunt guy or so did.

  • No, it was Hugo Weaving. James Puefoy played him in only a few scenes, then dropped out. Hugo dubbs over the 2-3 scenes that James plays V in though. And do you really need to use "lol" in this situation?

  • yea lol is needed. lol shows u are making a light remark instead of being serious. it doesnt have to be typed to express

    "lauging out loud"

  • it took hell for me too find out who v was playing V
