I really don't agree with your choice of height for this photo. In my opinion, the lowest or next lowest position is much better than the highest. In the lower positions, the cabinet faces to the right are more visible and these faces are more important than the distant faces. Secondly, the room looks bigger with a lower position. I also think that a beautiful wooden floor like this is more interesting to look at than the ceiling. A lower position also brings out the fume hood below the light.

@ajn1957 I'm SO glad that I saw this comment, because as I watched through the video, I instantly 'expected' the presenter to say (after showing the 5 different perspectives) to say that a slightly lower perspective was best. Remember in real estate, high ceilings; naturally one of the biggest fundamentals people aspire to. Definitely stronger in this instance from the lower perspective. The room looks bigger and 'taller', and you can see more through the distant archway etc..
