thats true keep steady speed saves gas my dad always puts the cruise controle on the rv when wher traveling now and it realy saves diesel a few years ago he use to put it at 70mph now only 62mph max and it to made a difference what would make an event bigger difference would be to buy a newer rv, its an 87 with a old 6.9idi diesel still it gets 12-13 mpg
