In WWH, Hulk defeated not ony Wolverine by literally kicking the crap out of him, but the entire X-men while there as well. Wolverine is for some reason paired as some sort of a rival to Hulk in the comics, even though he lost every single fight(except one against the Grey Hulk I think, and even that was later revealed as a trick by the Grey Hulk). Hulk is stronger(no limit to his strength), faster(in comic books they say he moves with almost superhuman speed), and heals just as good.

@DoubleX31 Whenever Bruce Banner gets harmed, he turns into the Hulk and heals whatever damage was done to him in Banner form. So trying to kill Hulk while he is Bruce Banner would be futile. Even if someone were to try and decapitate Banner, he'd Hulk up before the blade ever got deep enough to remove his head.

Don't get me wrong, Wolverine has extrememly strong ligaments, probably as strong as steel because of a little doping effect from the metal. But he can be torn apart by someone like Hulk. However, any limb that is separated emits some kind of pheromone to attract Wolvy and he just has to pick it up and re-attaches it.. Apocalypse actually tears his one of his arm. He just picks it up and re-attaches it. The ol' bastard is virtually impossible to kill.
