  • MMMMMM MMM? MMMM MMMMMMM MM MMMM! MM MMMM ?!! MMMMMM MMMMM !!!

  • i always seem to put this and cats in the cradle in the same category

  • 7 people have no heart

  • Thumbs up if you found this by just pressing the letter "M"

  • I LOVE THE PART WHEN HE SAID MMM MMM MMM MMM

  • muito boa [2]

  • amazing and powerful, love it so much.

  • Great american story, simply best clip.

  • temaaso. increible

  • Muito boa

  • Não sabia que o clip era tão tocante quanto a música....muito bom!!!

  • amazing

  • cool voice! i love it :)

  • man this is so 90's

  • nice song_! 90s

  • okay so the girl has bruises

the last kid has disciplinarian parents

what really happened to the first kid? why was his hair bleached??

  • In some circumstances, intense fear or pain may cause a instant and permanent discoloration of the hairs. As it is stated in the song that he had a car crash, he was scared to death and he hairs bleached...

  • Shock from the car crash.

  • So indirect it`s about Hiroshima no?

  • like father like son at 2:40

  • the female pianist is so hot!!!

  • he has the deepest voice i ever heard i got the cd

  • ... You a stupid cat and your telling me to watch it again? lol Nice.

  • It's a song about child abuse

I'm not to sure about the two boys but the girls "birthmarks" were bruises. I can't believe no one is catching the ashamed looks on the parents.

  • um....what? watch it again mate..

  • no really, they are birth marks.

  • Back in the 90s a quirky tune such as this could be a hit. The Weird Al parody video of this song is hilarious!

  • damn! not even 100K views! sad.

  • Damn i love this song.

  • Divino!11

  • mmmmt

  • a bunch of people who grew up in normal circumstances have posted on this. good to know there is normalacy out there. for the rest,..excellent song--for those of us that don't know why.

  • Love this song. Makes me always cry.

  • From my perspective this song is about child abuse. The first child was "in a car accident" which would be an excuse for his injuries. The girl with "birthmarks" represents a girl who's been beaten all her life and the marks are bruises. The last child is in an abusive relationship with his parents in the audience and he doesn't look like he wants to be there. So that's why he keeps looking at his parents and seeing their reaction, he's scared. Again this is my opinion and it made sense 2me

  • You´re right, sad but true

  • I think it's about religion. The first two kids have physical problems that kind of make them outcasts but even they don't consider it to be as bad as the kid who has to go that a freak church and whose parents are so strict.

  • Not at all. It's called when someone is never proud of you. Look at the end of the play. The other defunct kid's parents are clapping, the kid with strict parents aren't. ):

Very sad song. So glad yahoo pointed me to this song, lol.

  • wrong too.

  • i cant believe how gr8 this song is..i feel like the last boy :(

  • ONE HIT WONDER

  • shows how little you know about this band.

  • its a great song!

... but i cant understand the thing with parents... why are they like this? I dont like them :/

  • I love this song :D but I don't really understand it, especially not the last part....

  • a wonderful song, but it make me a little bit sad ...

  • I looooooooooove it (:

  • I love this song (even if it does make you a little depressed) and the music video is no exception

  • cool song!

love the eye lift at 2:58

and that mustache guy reminds me of James Hetfield

  • the best part 1:00 Mmmmmm Mmmmmm

  • love the song, the video and this dude has one deep voice.

  • This song was really huge for this band back in the 90's and rightfully so, I really dig this tune, Long Live the 90's!!!!!

  • You can really see the meaning of this song when you see the video.

  • really??

  • me facina esta cancion , la voz es genial!!!

  • fuck, i heard this song growing up, 5th grade,,,,always loved it..

  • always caught my ear when kids had on MTV. I did the same thing typing in MMMMM. Thanks!

  • sad that i found this by typing mmmmm

  • i did the exact same thing... lmao. same feelings...

  • why is it sad?

  • It's just a little disapointing they couldn't come up with another name than "mmmmmmmm" Makes me think of an m&m commercial. XD But i do like the video... The guy reminds me of that dude... in the movie "Monkey Bones" and the one coming out called "InkHeart"...ranting...... :o

  • Obviously you don't know why it's called mmmm! First it was just a stopgap for the refrain... but afterwards it sounded that good that they didn't change it.... so it's called mmmm... and by the way, I like it! ;)

  • i love this song :)
