Pole dancing is so much more than shaking your stuff around a cylinder made of steel. After all the classes I have taken, I still couldn't do half the stuff she did - it takes SOOO much body strength. For all the strength she has to do that routine, she could probably take out a whole army full of men!!! VERY excellent job!!!!!!!
