Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Part 51. Omega Found a Sniper.

Actually Boyd's Magic maxes at 20 in this game; 5 as a Warrior and 10 as a Reaver in FE10. My FE 9 Boyd is at Lv18 right now, with 60 HP, 30 Strength, 28 Skill, 27 Speed, and 20 Resistance. His Magic(18), Luck(38), and Defense(23) each need 2 more points to max. All I have to do is pump him with bonus exp and keep resetting until all three of his stats go up each level up. Only one problem.

THEY FUCKING WON'T!

Even with a Mage Band my chances are 1/76. I've tried over 500 times with no luck.

@SacredBlackKnight Which makes me question the whole "1/76 chance" thing. If worse comes to worse, I'll have him just max Magic and Defense and leave Luck at 38. That's more than enough. I really want to use that Bolt Axe. Boyd the Barbarian will become Thor Boyd the Dyslexic Viking.

My Mia was hit by a Venin axe as a swordmaster. when I check the chart it had an 8 percent chance to hit no my Mia is poisoned
