Now in the case of the U.S open video, the devil is in the details... Why would the USTA have a problem with your video? Well, the "fight" happened at the U.S. Open, which is the most important tennis tournament in the US. Now, fights happen everywhere, but this particular video shows that there is a serious security problem (at least it seems that way) because of how long it took for ANYONE to respond to the initial incident... It's all a matter of saving face...

Actually, there is no Fair Use "Law". Fair use is a PROVISION to the COPYRIGHT law (17 U.S.C. 107)... Other than that, Great video! Now, after a Copyright Infringement claim, whoever is making such claim has 10 days to file court papers so the court makes you appear via a subpoena. If that is not the case, YouTube has 14 days to restore any material that was removed because of a false DMCA claim. If they don't, they are BREAKING THE LAW! It is up to YOU to hold YouTube accountable for that.

Another thing that is not just specific to your videos that have been removed, but true about all videos removed, is this: If they find something that they honestly believe is inappropriate, then they should just remove it. That's not what happens though. The videos are removed, any human with emotions understands that we are upset that we did get to see what we wanted to. We then get a reply that says "sorry about that". Now that weak apology comes across to me as sarcastic and insulting.

Youtube is obstructing the legal process set out in the Safe Harbor provisions of the DMCA by refusing to process my counter notifications.

Youtube have to forward my counter-notice to the people who made each claim, but it appear as if Youtube is making illegal decisions by getting in the middle of a dispute process.

Already know what to do, I've been here from 2006 and my RINGO4LIFE account was suspended 4 times.

I filed counter-notices but youtube is ignoring them. I don't know what is the hold up.

I've countered many and I mean many false DMCA claims. Youtube should have a large file on me which show that I've been flagged with DMCA claims many time and countered all of them.

In this case, I filed C.N last month and Youtube is basically ignoring my C.N claims.

Many people put the (c) at the end of documents but they really did not go through the process. Many put the symbol in HOPES that they scare people off from using the information. There is no BLANKET copyright protection that I know of. Each document MUST be filed with the copyright office. Trademark is another story.
