Was that Volunteer FD? And what kind of equipment do you use when you go in filming? I would like to make some of our own vids for username : lanesborofd?
Lanesboro -- It was a Sunday night, with mutual aid response from about 6 volunteer departments, New Castle County paramedics and the University of Delaware BLS unit. You can't see the 3 side of the building but firefighters made a number of rescues using ground ladders.
Inside I wear full turnout and SCBA using a Panasonic HVX200 HD Camera, which has its own firecoat. My biggest concern being radiant heat. I use Sony Vegas 6.0 for editing.
Respect for all the fire fighters on the world(Y)
