Haik000: Best way is to just thread 'em together. Also, if you have the bottle only 3/4 filled, you can make a hole in the cap, and string it through. Cap the bottle then release the string of mentos into the coke. Hole diameter experimentation is key. Also, you can poke other holes in the cap (keep them small if you do multiple holes) for all sorts of decorative effects (think like those two guys who did the Bellagio Fountains style production.) Fun fun fun.

Well, on the my second video of trying this we chewed one mentos stuck on the bottom of the cap then stuck an un-chewed mentos to that, then screwed the cap on. The hit the cap a little bit till the mentos dropped in. Then we were ready for launch.
