actually ur hand doesnt matter u should be able to have ur coach swipe ur hand away and u dont move or fall forward at all..now i just got into this video so if they say this im sorry haha..but u can be in a 3 point stance really without ur hand on the ground and can properly perform ur block..i play semi pro and and offensive lineman...soo i kinda know this stuff
this is totally wrong first of all your body should be leaning forwArd and you shouldnt be flat footed. and you should be on your finger tips not on your palm
You should only be on your fingertips as a d-lineman. If you have all that pressure on your fingers as a o-linman you will never be able to get good had placement.
I third that they do tell us to get on our fingers in d-line but in o-line it doesnt matter. if your fat uyour fingers will break if you get on them in the o line
