@5tonyvvvv confused me for a moment. We are in the same boat, I feed my cats raw meat however this ppl in the vid are vegan. You might want to read my post again. Somuchluv89 raw meat is what carnivores should be eating and not vegetable
I'm all for raw food, vegetarian, vegan for human due to animal cruelty and I think it's healthier for human but not for our fellow dogs and cats. Dogs and cats "especially cats" need raw meat diet cause they are carnivores. I am glad that your dog was able to walk again but raw meat diet can to that and they thrive from it. The other two dogs I feel really bad, you could tell that they are in a poor condition. For the love of your dog feed them raw meat diet or at least good commercial can food
@tes2241 Raw food food saved all my dogs lives! Most Vets and the food industry want us and our dogs eating food out of cans and bags! Wolves eat nothing but RAW MEAT and Grass! and they never get sick! Raw food contains enzymes which are critical for digestion and Health! Dogs In Alaska eat nothing but Raw fish and Reindeer meat! and they never get sick and never get Plaque on the gums and teeth! People are just brainwashed and ignorant! Stay RAW!!
@dennisyinz apparently it berids of the doggy odor. At least thats what my research says. I have yet to try it. I just red like 50 pages online about the raw diet for dogs though, and it seems pretty good. ;) I discovored what it was about 9 hours ago though.
i have a blue heeler that just turned 2 back in may around the 14th and she has had a problem with her back left leg, she just cant walk on it but we have takin her to the vet and they dont kno whats wrong with her, they gave us some pills to help and it did help but as soon as they were gone she started to limp again, so iam wondering if this could maybe help, its not like she is very old, only 2!
@jkauffman990 Do your research, find vegetables for strong bones and joints. lots of greens are good. Make your own dog food, its very easy, Meat, Veggies and Starches. Just research to know what to avoid. Dogs cant eat all the things we can and they do need a specific diet. Kibble just doesnt cut it, it isnt natural and is usually depleted of almost all of its nutrients.
Look into your dog or cat's mouth. Those huge impressive teeth (or tiny needle sharp teeth) are designed for grabbing, ripping, tearing, shredding, and shearing meat. Contrast this with your own teeth or the teeth of a black bear. A black bear is a true omnivore, as are we. We have nice, large, flat molars that can grind up veggies. Black bears, while having impressive canine teeth, also have large flat molars in the back of their mouth to assist in grinding up plant matter.
all the really cute doggies!!!! what kind of breed is sandy and panda? they have fluffy ears. dulse yum. i like to wrap a bunch of dulse in kale and spinach like a mini burrito and dip it in raw mustard. wooo
Wow, this is so weird, but only vis-a-vis my own preconceptions. Like aren't dogs, tho scavengers. lean more physiologically to meat meals? Like isn't their intestines shorter than ours significantly enough to show they naturally accomodate more meat, or meat more? Not that I haven't had my preconceptions validly shattered before. & BTW, it's a nice feeling with improving results.
Consider how humans have affected dogs. There are hundreds of breeds of dogs created by humans, many that would not survive in the wild. With our intelligence, we modify organisms, their habitat, behaviour, and such. If we, as humans, find a better and superior diet, if it is scientifically true, the animal will adapt...
Well yeah, & when I recalled that they're scavengers I then realized, like as i was writing, that their species' digestive capability must be, probably at least as flexible as our omnivorous selves. Then able to swing this way or that dogs can be about as raw vegan as we.
Yeah, what is the final verdict about salt..? Is pink himalayan salt or sea salt good for the human body..? Isn't salt considered inorganic minerals and unusable by the human body--even harmful to the body..!? Aren't we supposed to just be getting organic sodium from our diet?

Sandy looks like she has a broken hip or leg. I hope she has since received proper veterinary treatment to mend that leg.

What a gorgeous dog!
I'm just learing about this raw food diet for dogs. So much I didn't know!
Nice to know that dogs can benefit fantasticly from this like yours did. I'm going to try it for my dogs too. I hope they like it.
Any suggestions on how to start them? Should I start w/chicken, liver, or just a big jucy steak?
