im 5'4" and weigh , well weighed 293 pounds

i started 8 days ago with my new lifestyle NOT diet.

and now im 283.6 pounds.

im 19 years old and im turning 20 on valentines day, so i have 7 and a half months to lose like 100 pounds lol.

i wanna be under 200 for my 20th, watching this makes me feel like i can :) quick smoking weed too lol, well cut down (haha) don't need the fuckin munchies right now.
