HEY GUYS. I AM NO LONGER WORKING FOR DIGITECH SO FOR ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT VIA THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. I DONT CHECK COMMENTS AS OFTEN AS I USE TO ON THESE PRODUCTS AND I DONT WANT TO LEAVE YOU HANGING.

I just installed version 1.1.1.3 for my JamMan Delay but it wont ask me to upgrade the Firmware to 1.1.1.3 ?

Hi man, can you help me please. I have installed the Jammanager exactly teh way you did. Unfortunatly, the devise (Jamman is not recognized) and still in gray.

Please HELP! I've recently purchased Jamman Stereo and downloaded Jamanager from digitech website...Well, I have a problem - I try to run Jammanager but this message appears... "A CONNECTION COULD NOT BE ESTABLISHED.IF YOU HAVE INTERNET SECURITY SOFTWARE INSTALLED PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FIREWALL SETTINGS INCLUDE AN EXCEPTION FOR JAMMANAGER"

Well, I use Avira Personal Anti-virus - It doesn't have an option for "Exceptions" - The Windows Firewall is allowing Jammanager to proceed..Can anyone help?

@astamudi Man I am not sure about that one. I would call DigiTech's support line and speak to someone. If you dont have the number it is: 801-566-8800 and just ask for DigiTech Support.

@rikkbeatty no, you can' import wav files to the sd card with the JamManger or work in any kind directly with the sd card without the Looper. I've testet it again with the latest version of the JamManger. That's realy stupid. I always "work" on my 4GB SD-Card because the internal memory is very limited.

why isn't it posible to work directly on the sd card without the looper? it's realy stupid that I have to take the jamman from my board to my computer and not only the sd-card.

@underwoodblog For those not using an SD card, they would have no other way to get loops back and forth to the JamMan. Even if you are using a SD card, unless you record ALL of your loops on to it, by default, everything is set up to record to the internal memory of the JamMan unless you select it to record to your card.

If you just want to dump loops into the JamManager software, I think you can take the SD card out, put it in your computer, then import the wav files like any other wav file.

I can't get JamManager to work at all with my new JamMan stereo. I tried it on my XP machine with SilverLight installed etc. The installation is exactly as this video shows except when you run it at the end it never shows the JamMan in devices. Tried rebooting, re-installing and all that good stuff but to no avail. I also tried installing it on an Apple G5 Power-PC but you can only get Microsoft SilverLight version 1 for Power-PC - NBG! I'm beginning to think the problem is Silverlight related.

@RikTheMix I am sorry you are having problems with it. Have you tried to call the DigiTech support desk? I am sure they will have a solution that will get you up and running. The number is: (801) 566-8800

When I install it doesn't give me the option to connect the jamman in the usb, and when I run the program it doesn't show in the devices. Do you know how I can fix this problem?

@gunghoang You know I had this problem when I first installed it. For some reason, the USB ports on the front of my computer would not work with the JamMan. Out of frustration, I tried the USB ports on the back of my computer and all of a sudden it started showing the JamMan listed under devices in the JamManager. I dont know if my computer has an issue or if the USB ports are different or what but the same thing happened to me.

@rikkbeatty Hmm, well do you know if the JamManager works for all the products? I have the twin pedal one, not sure if it works for it. I managed to figure out how to work it but would be nice to use the software

@gunghoang Are the tops of the pedals rubber or are they vacuum switches? If they are black rubber, then that is the older model and the software will not work with that pedal. It works with all three of the new JamMan pedals that came out this year. The JamMan Solo, Stereo, and Delay.

@RYANLIM10 I am really sorry the software is not working for some of you folks. I have it running on my Windows XP computer so I know it CAN work we just have to figure out why its not working on some of folks. The best thing to do is to call the DigiTech factory in Utah and ask to speak to the help desk. You can also go to the contact page on the DigiTech website to email them or get the number to call them directly.

I did all of that at least three times. Will edit this later if they fix it, but the JamManager software would not load on my XP computer. It is software that is no where near ready for prime time. The pedal by itself is pretty cool though. Get it fixed Digitech!

Windows XP is what I have so its what the video was done on. You can select from either a "Windows" platform to download the software for and very soon a "Mac OSX" platform. The installation instructions for whatever version of Windows you have should be the same. Enjoy!
