Secondly, I just assumed Coraline's base color is black but her parents (being absent minded and not really caring what she does) just let he dye it blue. Because I'm 100% sure a blue haired child is genetically impossible :P

this movie shows nude woman in a movie meant for children....is it the start of nudity and the adult content in children's movie. i am sorry but given these absurd trends i am afraid to say children should watch the movie...what is happening people...isn't it child abuse in a more sophisticated manner...

@bestozesto First of all - kids are not bothered by seeing boobs. It's just a taboo-thing. Most adults don't want their children to watch it because it will "ruin their innocent minds". But really; it's just a bodypart. If you can show a male chest, you can show a female chest too. Big deal. Second - I can't say this movie is meant for children... or if nothing else, I would not let a kid watch this. It's way too creepy for the young mind. They would get serious nightmares.

this movie looks alright, but its a teensy bit too cartoony for my taste, as a film rendition of Coraline ought to be a bit more serious and brooding... but that's just my very own personal opinion.
