You're out of tune on alot of notes. Maybe you are out of your range? (as in vocal range) that and your pronunciation, try not to enunciate so hard, and keep your mouth round, don't 'eeee' With your teeth.
You have quite a nice voice, just needs a little sprucing ;)
beautiful, but one thing i noticed is you have the tendency to keep a heavier sound, since your consonants can be heavy. keep open in your vowels for as long as possible. for example, instead of when you say "lead you" with kind of a "leeddjju" sound, keep lifted by sustaining longer vowels and lightly popping your consonants: "leee-dyoo." (can help to put the last consonant of one word on the beginning of the next.) =]
