@FuzzySnuckums Yes, it's better than Shaun White, though that's not saying a whole lot. Stoked and Stoked Big Air Edition are the best snowboarding games this gen. The only other competition is Amped 3, and it tried really hard, but was kinda meh. The Stoked games have a steep learning curve and the progression is slow in the first game, but they're both great games and can both be had for dirt cheap.

@YungChiHung i would recomend shaun white because i played it and loved it. amped sucks always every game has by amped. shaun white may get you frustrated though and get you to throw your controller at the wall cuz some of the chalanges are so hard. but overall, it gives you more freedom then ssx and its funner.

Why is it so hard for every other snowboard games, other than SSX, to nail a smooth landing effect. The player character lands stiff as a board in this game. SSX had this explosive landing, where the character bent the knees and would sometimes almost lose their balance, but regain control, all with smooth fluid animation. That was so satisfying. That was last gen too. EA please give us SSX Next gen! Wii doesn't count.

well, you can but the clothes on it are shit, nothing compared to the clothes and boards on Shaun white... I think the gameplay on this is good, but the clothes, mountains, and online play is better on Shaun White. There is no park areas which makes it a bit boring: / I liked the shaun white parks and ramps .. but ultimately the gameplay is better and funner soo...
