Cochranton Marching Band @ Mcdowell Competition 2009

I was the only trombone player in this band, and I watched this cuz I wanted to relive my glory days. Haha. I loved being in this show, and being part of a four-person low brass section that still rocked it. This wasn't a flattering angle tho. :P

Does someone from Cochranton mind telling me how exactly you guys are so PHENOMENAL every year??I'm in FMB, and I'm glad we lose to a band that is soo good! This year we're trying to use some of your great techniques like making the music and drill simpler, because you saw how our insane drill combined with insane music went last year. X_X It's also really smart to not march your drumline!! I look up to you guys! What is your new theme?? We're doing music from 'Avatar'!

NHS marching band alumni here. As far as I can remember, CHSMB has always been real good competitor! Technically speaking their shows have always been at high standards musically, marching, and drill! It shows as well in this show, even though to some this may seem to be a boring theme. They have a real good program, and I must add that from what I've seen from their leadership (DM's) from post on other bands, it is a great group! Good Job!

No offence, but this show is the most boring thing i've ever seen.  They do like the same thing every year! It's all easy chords, or their not playing. O, one of their players fell at the corry comp. too.....And they still beat my band. Not cool.
