Try formating your PS3, it happened to me with the Ninja Gaiden Sigma, it wouldn't work and nothing else would run, the PS3 wouldn't upgrade. Your only hope now is to format the PS3 either through the console itself in the options menu, forgot which one, or inserting it on a PC and formating it there and then reinsert it on the PS3 again. Any trouble look for a PS3 HD format tutorial on google or a video one in youtube. Hope it helps! ^-^
