When they close the door the light is on, he turns it off from the inside. I can't tell how he gets out of the bathroom, is he going out the same door he came in? If he is, its film editing, right when the light goes off. Otherwise he just goes out the other door and takes his time so they have time to turn the light back on and wait for him.
Hmmmm good point...but you notice that he is closing the door when the camera comes around the corner. Maybe if this is real what if the world inside the bathroom is very different then the world outside of it so the light would be off to the camera but not to the guys in the hall? That is just my theory.

they shoulda showed the same bathroom after he came out,
cuz it coulda all just been like a prank and they had 2 identical rooms with identical pictures outside of it, but differnt rooms inside.
