The department will never come to your house with an order because they have to have evidence to have a judge sign a removal order and the last thing they do not want to do is piss a judge off, they will come to your house on Fridays because it gives them that much longer to work on allegations that are not true, and most of them will try to use a cop but without a warrant well u know

My mother caught me smoking pot in MY backyard when my son was about 5 months old. My husband died a month earlier. My mom called the CPS on me and they were at my door for two weeks. I told the CPS worker who seemed hell bent on taking my baby, that I was within my rights to refuse her access to my son, my home and me and if she wanted to come into my home and felt that she had a legitimate reason, to go get a court order. I never heard from them again.

This seems to be a common problem on both sides of the Atlantic. Why is it that CPS Departments ignore and violate the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and US and European Conventions on Human Rights? In Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, in Strasbourg, upholds human rights. Surely there is an equivalent court in the USA. Use them! Governments hate them, but have to obey their rulings. Fight for what is right.

Yeah they took our kids only because we were being nice. My wife and i it comes down to we were too nice. My wife and I met a long time friend of ours who we allowed to live in our house because she was going through a divorce and we thaught it would work out fine. Well my wife introduces her (this long time woman friend) to a male friend who later we found out was on the sex offenders list and he molested our daughter, we turned him in and then we get our kids taken away.

My daughter was removed from me under false pretensed because I was challenging the status quo of the school district and the 'therapeutic' special ed program where the teacher would scapegoat my daughter and call her a liar. My own situation was used against me, and the psychopathic abuse of their 'expert' witness ensured that my terrified daughter would be compelled to go to a school where she will be abused after the winter break. you know I have heard a few case where a restraining order was requested to be placed on the department the reason: emotional damage, failure to allow the child to thrive, falsifying their reports and denying the parents their rights by having their cancel present during visits with their own children.

the only reason they can take children is because you "applied" for a birth certificate. The birth certificate and the marriage certificate gives them ownership over your children. We do it in exchange for benefits. When you apply for a birth certificate for your child you have essentially abandoned them and the government will take ownership. Rescind or revoke all government contracts

we have run into these problem many times where services were delayed because social services did not or purposely kept paperwork from going through either way they made it sound as though it was our fault even though we completed everything we were still told we did not progress but social services never got blamed for their role in making the process go on longer than it should in fact there were time we had to go into court and actually tell the judge that we had just started

what it means is that a parent will be told that there are things that they need to do example; parenting classes, therapy sessions, evaluations, visits basically anything to do with them returning your child to you and the things you need to do before that happens, what I was saying was that social service like to play games with these services which means their paperwork s not submitted on time for it to be funded or they give you the wrong information because their records are not updated

I do not know about your state but I know 0f a mother in Florida that went after CPS for kidnapping. They say there is no money for services but yet they can keep a kid in limbo long term. They say that through service they can help return kids, but the minute the therapist agree with you or stands up to the department they are of the case, the4 excuse because we had to make budget cuts. The courts are tied up over things that could of been cleared up, but instead of looking at evidence to prove they are wrong. the department jumps in with more negatives.

2 million dollar were suppose to go into the department to help overcome that issue but instead they found out that the department did not hire 40 additional workers they only hired workers to replace the ones that were fired or quit,or at the time when asked said " No I didn't" but on another interview when asked about the budget he replied "Well we are in a crisis budget" and that was back in 2008.

If the departments were so concerned then they wouldn't mind audits to show where all the money goes, they would be protecting kids in foster care and they would listening to the children. in my state alone we have had many problems with the foster care system and we have had deaths that have occurred because the department either didn't take the calls seriously, fully check out the foster home, or they were to over loaded.

Thanks to you and people who refuse to stay silent, more people are listining. I met DHS years ago and someone like you talked to me. People are gullible and DHS knows that. I did the research, learned DHS protocols and the law. I brought my children home against DHS recommendation because I fought for my children. They will never coerce my family again.
