LOL! Just blurry lights in the sky - that can be everything. As usual, UFoolOgists are handicapped to take even a spectrogram and never, but really never come to the idea to use 3D-scanning-LIDARs or ball-gravimeters to obtain scientific data. Otherwise, their mysteries might be blown away.

(ill give u a clue, its 'turtlen'..) firstly, its not in the SKY, its a UFO LANDING off the side of a highway in an off road forest.. secondly, it was captured on an angle and the poor quality is due to the cell phone that was used to film it.. theres very few ufo vids like this one..props to kiuhy! good vid man!

Either it was simply a hoax, or an ordinary misidentification - e.g. a crane helicopter in the night picking up or depositing a load. Due to the unusual and eerie illumination during nighttime, such vehicles cause regularly UFO-alarms.
