Back when the game first game out, they were useless so many were dropped. But the item became discontinued(meaning theres no way to get them but from trade or pk with other players) the value and rarity went really far up. To this dateparty hats are a sign of extreme wealth. please like this so it gets to the top for everyone that needs explain
