Could someone tell the Kenyan cops to stop speaking in English and start using the national language instead? They do not communicate when they speak in English.
@23: To enforce the law one does not need a college degree in English. Take me for example...all I need to be an effective lawman is a badge, a .357 Magnum, Canine K-9 and a Black Dodge!
