The voices need a little cleaning up. The volume of the voices should be above that of the music, they get too quiet sometimes. If it weren't for the captions I wouldn't be able to understand what they're saying most of the time.

Very well made, too. The intro was just like a Phoenix Wright intro, and the whole video had a bit of a feel of both PW and Disgaea. Well done! The dialogues progressed a little slowly, though.

@MJohndbz I am very aware that the voicework from two years ago is in need of great improvement. I'm not satisfied with it either, but at the time this is what I had to work with.

I can't just snap my fingers and change the voices just like that or go back in time to prevent me from using them. I'll redo the first (and second) episode and give them the attention they need after I finish the series.

So if you people would be as kind as to stop pointing this out, that'd be nice.

@LordIban Actually, I didn't mind the voices. Laharl's voice was alright (Although I prefer the oringal Laharl's voice), Etna's voice was perfect. The story kinda made me forget about it.

I watched everything and came back to part 1. I really enjoyed the voice acting, except for Phoenix. He kind of sounds like he's reading a script rather than acting... It's not terrible, but makes it tough to buy him as the character. Etna, Laharl, and the prinnies are excellent. Also, the animation is great and the writing is excellent. I always like seeing people construct cases for AA works.

Also, why couldn't she call herself Beauty Queen Etna? It would be just like Etna for her to try and impress people like Phoenix with the title.

I have put a lot of effort into trying to follow the Disgaea canon, but I also have the artistic freedom to create new things, which are, of course, not canon. But aren't those new things, in the end, why we want to watch the series? We want to see our favourite characters star in a new kind of story. Made by fans for the fans.

The series was made for enjoyment, not nitpicking.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "mixing", but if it has something to do with the voice-acting, I'm quite happy with it myself. First time ever trying to work with voices, but I tried my best ^^

By mixing, it's how you put everything together, like the video to the audio, with SFX BGM and balancing all of them to sound good. You did a very good job, my only complaint is how a few people sound very quiet and others sound a lot louder than others. Fix that and mixing would be amazing!
