bro that is your oppinion that the cross leg in the air thing and double crunch is intermediate those are BY FAR the hardest in the whole workout for me
you cannot get that kind of abs with just training... you have to be very low on fat to get a really visible six pack.. its rather easy to build up muscle.. but the work it takes is far more advanced than just a pair of simple workouts..
get low on fat.. get a diet.. work that belly.. and then you will see the real deal ..
the secret is... Get off your ass 6 day a week for 60 minutes traine power1 ro2 run3 squats4 back extension5 swim6 and then do this video bot remember never do the sem thing 2 times .. don´t you dire give up it is do or die
You have to do cardio to get fit. And if you do abs you got to do lower back too. I do not believe that it could be possibe to acheive this physical condition only with a bench.

It's impossible to get a six pack from stomach exercises unless you have a low bodyfat percentage.
