I have this WONDERFUL Paul Whiteman Columbia, These Mr. Patato Head Columbia`s are Lot`s of FUN!!! I have35 of them so far!! Wondering how many I need to have a complete set? But this post as all your other post is just too AWESOME for words. Thank You so much for all The HARD work you do.

Definitely Bing as the lead vocalist, with Fulton, Gaylord and Young providing background harmony (sometimes, it was a combination of Fulton-Gaylord-Young singing the opening verse, then Crosby-Rinker-Barris {"The Rhythm Boys"} taking over for the chorus, as in "I'd Rather Cry Over You"). Columbia printed special labels for Whiteman's releases, with Paul's self-caricature ["The Potato Head"] on the left side- it was a BIG deal for them to have the world's #1 bandleader under exclusive contract.

Agreed. The Sam Lanin version, on Parlophone in England, (Okeh in US?) is wonderful. I wish I still had my copy.
