@xGlamahart There are a lot of people who have said Stacy was supposed to win this, and to an extent, it makes sense. In 2004, WWE brass decided sex appeal was more important to a woman than being able to work in the ring and Stacy was the most-over woman in the company then, except maybe Trish.

When Stacy decided she didn't want to be champ, they wouldn't have to change the whole match - just the finish so that Trish won.
