It seems as soon as Sarah went into her "pitbull" mode, the # of death threats against Obama and his family skyrocketed. Some of these threats were quite serious. So what poor Sarah is going through now is nothing compared to what the Obamas suffered because of her irresponsible attacks.

Thankfully many realised their mistake, including Joe Biden, and changed their position. They even admitted they'd been wrong about it, unlike certain "others" we could mention.

The Clinton administration was on record that Saddam had lied to it by claiming that WMDs didn't exist. The U.N. weapons inspectors were repeatedly frustrated by Saddam's undermining of their work, which led to fourteen U.N. resolutions which were likewise ignored and/or violated by Saddam. The conflagration which might've occurred had Saddam been allowed to continue unchecked would have far outweighed the casualty count in the war. Americans grew tired of the war, and Biden with them.

To be a slave to polls suggests a certain shallowness of conviction. It's hard to criticize Obama on any position because he has virtually no track record. jkerouac, I agree with you. I absolutely DETEST Palin's social and political views, but even I don't think she's so dumb as to not know that Africa is a continent. I don't think she's an "idiot" as so many have called her. I would say, however, that she is not at all intellectually qualified or politically learned enough to be the VP of the United States. I'm very glad that scary chapter of Presidential election history is over.

There was a question given to Biden about Darfur, and when they asked palin the same question she never answered it, she just went on babbling away about nothing.
The majority of the debate was like this. She only answered one question, and that was about homosexual marriage. All the other questions she just rambled.
