Yes and No. It depends on how much of a beginner you are. If you're a complete beginner then No. It's too fast. But if you have a little time on another plane or simulator and you have the basic skills to fly 4 channel then Yes. Being EPO and light weight, it is pretty forgiving of minor mishaps. Make sure you set it up as light weight as possible to keep the speed down.
For its size, it does amazingly well in the wind. As I said in the video, I'm flying it in about 5 to 6 m/s winds with lots of gusting and it still flies well. If I hadn't landed in the sand, there would probably have been zero damage in the crash landing.
Hi..did not hear you so good, the wind was loud on the mic!...anyways....that little plane flys really good (with a lot of help from you) in that wind....great place to fly too!good luck! Rob
Yeah, the wind noise makes it hard to hear, but it shows just how windy it really was. Turn up the volume and hopefully you can hear most of it. If you haven't watched the first 3 episodes, please check them out.
can the plane still fly?

I managed to work the sand into the spaces between the magnets in the motor, so the motor seems to run OK, but I haven't tried to fly it again yet.

@SteebunRoba is the motor from the plane (micro glider) strong enough to push my f-15 parkjet and the f-15 weight is anout500grams

This plane weighs about 150g. The motor gives it lots of power, but a 500g jet would not stay in the air with it.
