The Biden thing was amazing. The video before Beau, then Beau's speech then Biden's speech all together was really an emotional experience. It may have been orchastrated for political purposes but the facts & the emotions were genuine and moving.

There have been some great, moving speeches this convention, but if you weren't watching CSPAN you didn't get to see any of them. Instead, you were treated to the inane chatter of the pundits who were talking about what they weren't hearing at the convention. They didn't hear it because they were busy talking over it. I will save as favs. on my channel some of the great speeches that were missed. Check them out!

The Biden thing was amazing. The video before Beau, then Beau's speech then Biden's speech all together was really an emotional experience. It may have been orchastrated for political purposes but the facts & the emotions were genuine and moving.
I liked Kucinnich's speech too, not just b/c I agree w/him, but cause he is such a little firecracker :-)

Both Joe's and Beau's speeches had real emotions in them. You can tell that they both cared about what they were saying. That's something I haven't seen in recent elections.

He said serbian thugs, not dogs, referring to a handful of serbian nationalists (not Serbians in general) who massacred innocent Bosnian Muslims in the early nineties. He is speaking about an era in which the United States was a force of benevolence in the world, an era we can return to if Barack is elected. Furthermore your last statement is incorrect; people do not hate everything the US stands for, they hate everything George Bush stands for-economic imperialism, unilateralism, and arrogance.
