12.1 comp. motor ? I like it and its quick but the glide? I think it would be quicker with a 4.10 gear and a 3 speed. Your 60ft. might be a bit quicker depending on stall speed and you may get more mph out of it. Just a thought....

its not even a fuel cell.. its weight. i thought it was a fuel cell for the longest. but im almost positive they use weights to keep the backend on the track. el caminos have nothing back there,,, very easy to spin the rubbers

@flamineon7 Are you serious? Ive got an EL with 440hp to the wheels, stock suspension, lift bars, and slicks and it will dangle the driver side front wheel off the ground about 2 ft. with nothing in the back besides the stock gas tank and Nitrous bottle or as you guys call it, "noss".

it is an El Camino from 78-82. They had the one square headlight and then the side marker on the front bumper. All the other 5th gen El Camino had two square hedlights in the front.

a gbody elcamino typically has a 305 in it like mine. even the ss'. they put out like 179 horsepower from the factory. they were by no means performance oriented. any other displacement gm block sits pretty in there, though. that's why they're better in my opinion, not to mention the whole truck car design we all love/hate
