The arctic monkeys are my favourite band and I'll love them eternally, but every time I see Alex Turner interviewed, it seems to me that he comes across as a complete moron. So slow talking, mumbling and unsure of himself. I suppose maybe he isn't comfortable chatting to interviewers, because his lyrics show that he's clearly a genius. It's just such an odd juxtaposition from the wall he talks to the way he writes...

@2jacd erm the libertines two first signles didn't go number 1 or their debut album didn't set records and they didn't win a ton of awards. The strokes changed the face along with The monkeys, the libertines were overrated in NME their debut is good but not as great as NME have u believe
